Cloudburst® Power Recovery Mist Systems (PRMS) use atmospheric sensors to identify critical variables that are translated into operational guidelines.
By dosing high-pressure mist at strategic turbine air intake points—and, depending on the system configuration, at the condenser or cooling tower—thermal flow is optimized and overall efficiency is improved.
Cloudburst® systems incorporate multi-stage filtration and Solavite Hydro® quantum induction physical water treatment, enabling the use of potable or well water without the need for demineralization.
The system’s PLC automatically calculates the exact amount of mist required to achieve ideal cooling conditions, reducing heat rate and specific fuel consumption while increasing net turbine output.
